Who is responsible?
Reclaer is the name of an independent software project operated by Andraž Vadnjal. The controller for personal data collected through reclaer.com is Andraž Vadnjal. Contact: hello@reclaer.com, +386 30 679 739. Reclaer is not presented as a separate incorporated company.
What information is processed?
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, business name, selected service and message. Your role and website are optional. Required fields are marked. A random request identifier helps avoid duplicate emails. Do not include passwords, API keys, health records or other sensitive or confidential documents. If you do not want to use the form, you can email us instead.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry details to respond and discuss a possible project. Where you ask about entering a contract yourself, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries and contacts acting for a business, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to relevant correspondence, Article 6(1)(f). IP addresses, technical request information and a hash of the recipient email are processed to deliver and protect the site and limit abusive submissions, based on the legitimate interest in service security, Article 6(1)(f). A legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c), may require retaining specific records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where your enquiry goes
The form sends the enquiry to hello@reclaer.com through Resend and attempts to send a copy to the address you entered. Access is for the operator and service providers needed to deliver, protect and handle the enquiry. The form does not store enquiries in an application database. Copies remain in email systems and provider delivery records. Data is not sold or shared for third-party advertising.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and abuse protection; Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers form emails; Zoho Mail provides the enquiry mailbox. Providers may process technical or message data outside the EEA. Resend states that its primary processing is in the United States and its DPA incorporates EU standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. Cloudflare and Zoho describe their transfer arrangements in their own data protection documents. Details and copies of the applicable safeguards can be requested at hello@reclaer.com. See Cloudflare DPA, Resend DPA and Zoho privacy information.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer it and complete the related discussions or requested follow-up. When that purpose ends and there is no project or outstanding issue, the correspondence should be deleted. If a project results, relevant records become part of its contractual records. A limited record may be retained where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a specific legal claim, for the applicable legal period. Hosting, security and delivery providers apply their own service-specific log and backup retention settings; this website does not promise immediate deletion from their backups. You can ask about your particular enquiry or request deletion at any time.
Cookies and regional language suggestions
The site uses a first-party reclaer_language preference cookie, with values en, sl, de or es, for up to 180 days. It remembers the language selected in the header or language prompt; the site may also remember English after checking availability. It is not an advertising identifier. You can change language in the header or remove the cookie in your browser. Cloudflare supplies an approximate country code derived from the connection to suggest an available language; no precise GPS location is requested. We do not add advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers still process technical connection and security information.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to hello@reclaer.com. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and normally respond within one month; a lawful extension will be explained within that month. You may complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority, Informacijski pooblaščenec, or another competent supervisory authority.
AI, decisions and future projects
The contact form does not send your enquiry to an AI model. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on this site. A future client application, AI integration, payment arrangement or new processing purpose will need its own agreed scope and relevant data protection information. This notice covers this website, not every possible future product. Changes will be dated on this page.
